SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Responsibility Disclaimer: Cultural Voices LIMITED is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the care of the courier.
  • Signature Requirement: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the package. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice, and the package may be returned or held at the local courier facility.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Canada: 3 - 5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
    • United States: 3 - 10 business days via UPS or FedEx.
    • International: 10 - 15 business days via UPS or FedEx; delays possible due to customs.
    • Australia: 3 - 7 business days via StarTrack or UPS.

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Orders within Canada and to the U.S. are shipped from our warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
  • International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx from our distribution centers overseas.
  • Multiple shipments may occur, each billed separately.

Failed Delivery & Return Policy

  • UPS attempts delivery up to three times. After the third attempt, the package is returned to us.
  • The package may be held at a local UPS facility for pickup; check tracking info regularly.
  • In case of returns, contact us at haddenyielding2601@outlook.com.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless explicitly specified; use a physical address for best results.
  • Refused or undelivered packages will not be refunded, as shipments are from overseas and cannot be re-sent.

Customs, Duties & Fees

  • International shipments may incur customs duties and import taxes billed upon delivery.
  • These fees are determined and collected by your local customs and government, outside our control.
  • We ship DDU (Duties Due Unpaid). Customers should contact their customs office for fee estimates before placing an order.

Address & Order Modifications

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after shipment; additional charges may apply if the package is returned and re-shipped.

Order Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped; please refer to our return policy for reflows after receipt.
  • Guest orders do not appear in your account dashboard; only registered orders are trackable.
